Looking for a screen splitter

I been talin' with a buddy about his PocetPC and the subject of running more than one application on the same screen came up.

I mentioned that I'd heard of such an application where you could have PocketWord in the top half and PocketExcel in the lower half.

However, my brain being the sieve it is, deleted the records it had conercning the developer and the last I (think I) heard, was that it was being beta tested.

Any news on this? What became of it? Is it already out there? Does it work?

I havent tried it myself, but I think you are referring to "Seymour". A free demo (SH3,MIPS,ARM) version is available at PocketGear:
