Is it truth that you can get these newsletters ONLY to your Microsoft's email account like hotmail but not to other one?

No. I have them going to a personal Worldnet account.

thanX, I am there as "Microsoft Mobile Partner" and I subscribed but I never got one. I need to double check it again. ThanX.
