PocketPC 2000 vs 2002

Are there any good reviews on the differences between the two or at least the benefits of one over the other?

I am spec'ing out a project for a handheld device at work and would like to get some solid ideas on the diffs between the two.

I would go with 2002 no matter what. I don't see any reason to go with 2000 unless you cannot possibly get 2002. ZDNet AnchorDesk had a pretty good article that states many of the new features - http://www.zdnet.com/anchordesk/stories/story/0,10738,2810608,00.html. Hope this helps!

The only reason I see to go with 2000 is if it were for your personal use and you had very little cash, since PPC 2000 devices can be had rather reasonably these days.

Yes indeed! I saw a Jornada (don't know what model but it had 16Mb RAM) going for £150 in Currys in Bridgend, South Wales. I soon got on the blower to tell some people who I know are looking for a cheap device with basic functionality.

I was almost tempted myself :oops:
