I use this tool to keep my Outlook contacts in sync with my HP Jornada 568, but recently I noticed in Outlook xp that when it copies the contacts from the sub folder to main folder that it dosent sync the birthdays. I thought that it just copied the contacts from sub folder to main folder and made the sub folder the catagory, but apparently it dosent. I wonder what else it dosent sync to the main contacts folder.
