Here's an impressive Zune speaker dock that kicked out some serious sound: <a href="http://www.kicker.com/06/kicker_home.html" target="_blank">zKICK ZK500</a>, made by KICKER. It sounded great, although in the very noisy car audio section it was hard to hear much of anything clearly. They said they'd send me one for review when the product ships, so hopefully we'll be giving you a hands-on review in a more controlled environment. I'm guessing that with the amount of power that this cannot be battery operated.

Looks like AC only...

Correct, this is not a portable/mobile unit.

It was in a noisy area, so I can't say too much about the sound quality, but from my brief exposure, yes, it sounded quite good. I can't give it a true thumbs up/down though until I get a review unit.

Hard to say until I review it, but the KICKER unit definitely seemed to have serious bass, which the M604 does not.
