New fonts on Windows mobile 5 and battery

Heya all Ive got a Toshiba G500 and want to know how I can install newer fonts/
language fonts e.g. punjabi font? Ive got the font file- that I used on pc- but how
can I get it to install on my phone?

Would this allow me to view file in that language?

Also where can I purchase a battery from for this smartphone? Toshiba- doesnt sell it and Ive googled it with no luck????

If you look in the /windows folder you should see a /fonts folder....drag and drop your font into there. I think that should work, though it's been 3+ years since I've tried that, so I'm not sure if any conversion is required. I think if it's a True Type font it will work.
