There are so many impressive advances in the D300, not the least of which is the fact that it will do 1000 shots on a single battery where my D200 could only manage around 400 or so (though I always felt the battery life was better than others were reporting). Look at the office building windows - you can make out what's inside them. Amazing! Nikon Canada has said they'd try to get me one for review in January, so fingers crossed...
