But, I've got to imagine that 99.9% of people that would be interested in something like this probably already carry another device (like say a cell phone) that would do a better job than this by having a larger and perhaps higher resolution screen.

it might be fine if it was only 2-3x the thickness of an sd card, but my car remote is bulky and the wear and tear from its size is evident.

While I don't see this product being a success at the moment, as it evolves I could see a thin OLED screen encased in tough, scratch-resistant plastic, and that's something that would be more appealing to a wider audience.

Yeah, if you take iPod touch and shrink it to credit card size and no thicker than 1 or 2 credit cards, I think you would have a winner.

I am looking at purchasing several for grandparents. I think the price is about $10 too high.
