I have fond memories of being given a book when I was perhaps eight years old, because this book was a story about me! The publisher simply changed the name of the main character and did one-off printing of course, but to the eight year old Jason it was the coolest thing in the world to have a book where I was the hero - and I think my cousin's name was in there too, so it was a hit with everyone. At any rate, this is similar, only better: they have photo templates with the faces missing, so you just drop in the face of your child, and whammo-zammo, you have a customized book where your child is the star. Talk about winning the parent of the year award! ;-) This is a great use of digital technology, and one that will certainly put a smile on the face of many kids.
