I'll let the fine people at Smartphone Thoughts and Pocket PC Thoughts cover the Windows Mobile devices shown in that PDF file, but I thought I'd look at the specifications revealed for the HTC Shift.

Some of this we knew some of this we didn't. The first interesting thing is that this specification says it runs both Vista and Windows Mobile 6 Professional. That's very interesting because when they were talking about it, it was strictly a Windows Vista machine. Now, seeming to take notes from the folks at DualCor, the HTC Shift is going to run both operating systems. Although I should point out that this document doesn't say HTC Shift anywhere - just "Shangri-La (X9500)". I wonder if the HTC Shift is going to be a Vista-only device and the X9500 is going to be a hybrid device that just looks very similar? Only time will tell.

800 x 480 screen resolution covering seven inches, 1 GB of RAM and 30 or 40 GB hard drive (likely a 1.8" drive), and an 800 mhz CPU rounds things out. We knew about the other stuff - Bluetooth, 802.11 b/g, VGA camera, GPS - but the 2800 mAh battery is news. I was curious about how they'd power this thing...I wonder what kind of battery life it will get?

I doubt this is Shift's specification. For one thing if it will run WM also, I would expect two CPUs.
And just like DualCore, I still fail to see the usefullness of such design. I don't think I would use WM at all if there would be XP/Vista capability on the device.
For me it just adds unnecessary complexity and cost.

As somebody really keeping an eye on the Shift, I have to agree it is unlikely. Best guess is the form factor will come in two flavors; WM6 and Vista as separate SKUs.
Cause even for the secondary display there is no need for a full WM6 processor/ROM/RAM in a Vista portable.
Still, it *might* explain the $2000 projected price tag...
