It’s still displaying pictures on the stand near my office door. Problem is: it’s not terribly convenient to update (as it once relied on a dial-up connection to the Internet and a monthly digital photo service). It still works, as the last firmware update allowed you to show JPGs (640×480) through the CompactFlash media slot. For years, I’ve been hoping to upgrade to a newer frame… but all of those digital photo frames have fallen short, in my opinion. Until now."

I have to say, $350 is still rather pricey for something that's supposed to replace the $5 frame that's currently sitting on your desk, but if I were to spend over $300 on a photo frame, this one would be very tempting. It not only has a memory card reader and Wifi to receive photos with, but it's also web-enabled so it can constantly shuffle the pics in your Flickr account. With a 10.4" screen I wish it had more than 800 x 600 resolution, but I'd still call it the best digital frame I've ever seen. What about you? Are you tempted yet?

Pfft. 800x600 is poo. I don't care what fancy toys it has; to display one's craft at such an absymal resolution is to be insulted.
