Looking for a network accessible DVR

I am looking for a DVR that will give me access to its files via a network connection. I record classes via satellite and need to break them apart into separate classes. I have been doing this Via a standalone DVR, but the UI is awkward. I have been planning on using a Windows Media PC or a Windows PC running Beyond-TV. but if I can find an "appliance" solution I'd rather go with it.

Any ideas?
