I've been playing around with Magic MP3 Tagger (http://www.magic-tagger.com/eng/index.php) and MusicBrainz Picard (http://musicbrainz.org/news/picard.html), but does anyone else have any recommendations for a program that can automatically analyze MP3 files and name/tag them correctly?

Thanks.

Try Media Monkey, it's fantastic:

Thanks, I think I had tried MediaMonkey a while ago, but forgot about it. I'll give it another try.

Can it automatically tag based on the file name?

Yup, CONTROL+T is Auto-Tag From Filename. The coolest is CONTROL+L to auto-tag from Amazon. It doesn't always work perfectly, but if Amazon has the album, it's awesome. Media Monkey is a REALLY powerful tool that's worth getting to know.

Found the option of tagging Mp3 files in FlexiMusic Wave Editor, editing and converting software. From the file menu, choose File Properties (ID3 Tags), with this option the mp3 files can be tagged. All the Mp3 files can’t be tagged at a time; it has to be tagged individually. No idea of automatically analyzing the Mp3 files. Can you explain about it.
