Burst is asking for royalties as well as an injunction, it said in a press release. Burst has developed software that helps companies speed up the delivery of audio and video files over a network."</i><br /><br />Microsoft paid these same guys $60 million to make them go away, but it looks as if Apple might be willing to put up more of a fight. While the patent seems kind of weak (deliver content faster than real-time), at least Burst actually developed software and are doing more than just suing on an idea.
