So I was baffled as to why, when I turned RAW compression off or on, the estimate of the number of pictures left to capture remains the same. 8O
Seems I'm not the only one that has noticed this:

So, basically it seems that if you turn RAW compression on, the number of photos you have left on the card is a complete crap-shoot and can't be trusted. Lame. :?
