And Micron’s acquisition is logical, given the fact that it’s seeking to diversify its business and cash in on the flash cash cow."</i><br /><br />Crucial owns Micron, who has been diversifying this past year with Flash memory products, USB flash drives, etc. The acquisition of Lexar will no doubt push them further down this path. I've somehow managed to never acquire a single Lexar memory card, always prefering Kingston and Sandisk.
