Archos sales rose from 58.3 Mio Euros in 2004 to 103.1 Mio. Euros in 2005. Sales in Asia grew considerable. Apparently Archos high-end PMPs are a hit in China. The Echostar deal helped to increase sales in the US.<br />Europe is still the largest market though for Archos. Also there, they could increase sales numbers."<br /><br /><img src="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/images/archos_sales.jpg" /><br /><br />I was burned on my first MP3 player from Archos years ago (very poor build quality and deceptive advertising on the feature set), so I've been leery every time I've seen some of their newer players even though they have looked pretty cool. Apparently they have been doing pretty well in the international market and are still working on making inroads in the US market.
