The new T Series will now use a carbon-fiber casing on the top section of the notebook, which allows the notebook to be lighter and stronger than the previous generation T Series made from magnesium. The new T Series is also thinner, measuring .82" to 1.12". Weight? 2.8 pounds! The widescreen LCD is also thinner, and is actually 11.1-inches wide with a resolution of 1366x768! The screen will use a backlight LED that will allow it to be brighter than before."

I posted about the massive Samsung 19" laptop the other day, so this is the opposite end of the spectrum: if you're looking for a laptop to take with you on photo shoots, it doesn't get much better than a unit this size. I wish there were other companies making units this size other than Sony and Fujitsu!
