First is Adaptive Lighting Technology which allows for improved dynamic range by actually taking two pictures exposed for light and shadow and then combining the images. Second is a red-eye feature that actually detects red-eye and removes it from the digital image. Finally, there is a built in panorama feature that allows you to stitch images together on the camera.
