URGENT - Where to get 'Color Bars and Tone'

A question from some newbies. We're entered into a film competition. One requirement is that our film has the appropriate 'lead-in'. We MUST have 5 seconds of color bars and tone as well as a countdown. Our editing software doesn't include the Color Bars and Tone. Can someone point us to a place where we can download a .avi with this? We are on a deadline of course - we need this within the next 15 hours or so. If we need to go buy it - say so. Thanks!

You didn't say whether you're on a Mac or a PC. This looks like it should do the trick for the Mac:

I've been Googling for 10 minutes and can't believe I couldn't find a video file that someone had put up with a test pattern. It looks like these need to be generated for your specific equipment, but I thought for sure someone would have put up "fake" one somewhere. Good luck!
