The Mobiblu DVH-100 comes with a 20Gb HDD, a 2.2" screen, a USB2 connection and it plays MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, AVI ,XviD, Divx 3.xx ~ 5.xx files. It even seems to be possible to connect a TV tuner to it."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/images/1.jpg" /><br /><br />I'm torn on this one. Part of me thinks that a 2.2" screen is just too small to be of value for a video player. Then the W?BIC part kicks in. As long as you are putting a color screen on an MP3 player, why not let it play video too? But then, this device does not appear to play MP3 files.

since mp3 is the most basic audio compression used in divx movie playback, I would hope this thing will play back mp3s. ;)

You are right. I did a little more digging and found this write up at http://www.i4u.com/article2803.html

"The MobiBlu DVH-100 hard drive media player measures 118x65x20mm and weighs 185g. IT features a 2.22" 320x240 pixel color TFT screen.
Besides music it also is a video and photo player supporting DivX and MPEG. The DVH-100 has AV in for direct video encoding and AV for watching video and photos on a TV. It is also features an extra USB 1.1 host interface besides a USB 2.0 device interface. "

So it should play MP3's and even though the screen is small, it has decent resolution for the size. Plus USB host. And it has USB host cababilities! If it is priced right, could be a pretty killer device. Of course it is a Korean exclusive for now.
