So are any of you using something like this or a lens for your digital to get this effect, of are you doing it post production on the computer?

Heh, Lomo.

For fisheyes, a cheap russian fisheye is a great way to start experimenting. I'm normally not a fan of the effect, and it can be something of a photography cliche.
