Cleaning house and found these that I am no longer using:
5GB Toshiba PCMIA card (works fine, just ran a full scandisk with no problems)
Semsons CF to PC Card Adapter
Aluminum PC Card case

A quick look around online showed this stuff worth about $180 new. Will take $120 + Shipping.
