It's a portable MP3 player, powered through the 12v socket in your car or a regular power socket, and it has Audio out connector and/or a FM connector. It does not have a HDD or flash memory, but it does have 8 SD slots (so it can contain 8Gb of music (8x 1Gb SD card)). Very strange device, as there are very simple 20Gb MP3 players on the market..."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/images/logitec_mp3.jpg" /><br /><br />Weird, 8 SD card slots? Just when you think you've seen it all. 8O

Is that supposed to be like a 6 disc CD changer? It has prev/next card buttons and an erase button. I can imagine driving down the road not looking and hitting the erase button instead of the next button - this thing is defintly not a very well thought out product!

Don't confuse Logitec (http://www.logitec.co.jp/), with Logitech (http://www.logitech.com/). I'm sure your quotes signify that you are joking, but Logitec (no h) is a big company, though not in the states.

So, are we seeing the return of the... - 8 - track?

(sorry, bad one... but I couldn't resist!)

Yeah, I was joking, but I didn't realize that Logitec is big outside of the U.S.
