Does any editing package automatically separate your video into separate clips and not just separate scenes? (That is, it appears that most apps now will automatically break your raw video into scenes based on starts & stops, but those "scenes" are just bookmarks in the original video file. I want to have the app automatically create separate clips for me.) Or will I be forced to put each separate scene onto the timeline and "produce" it into a separate clip?
