I think this is meant to be more of a companion for a photgrapher due to the CF/SD slot. Imagine being able to transfer images to the 40GB drive quickly and then even preview them on an LCD which is far better than what any camera currently gives. And with it being Mpeg4 and MP3 compatible, the versatility of the device grows. Pricing and availability information is not yet known but I think it would have been better if this device had a Wi-Fi connection to connect to the up-coming digital SLR cameras with wireless capabilities.
