Unfortunately it is not cheap (cheaper than the Apple 30"), but over $600 more expensive than the Apple 23" which appears to have identical specs. Hmm, am I missing something? :?

Yeah, that is exactly what I was thinking. I think the only thing different about the Sony is that it has a built in VGA and Digital adapter while I believe Apple bundles the adapter as a separate unit (big whoop). :roll: I don't understand why anyone would get a Sony given how good Apple's monitors are. I mean if there was some great new feature that did something "revolutionary" then I would at least understand. Ugh!

I do have to say this monitor looks incredibly good. It would seem to be a better fit on the Linux/Windows user's desktop than an Apple monitor. I'd love to go out and buy one, but that isn't gonna happen unless I win the lottery (and buy a ticket ;)).
