In keeping with the editorial nature of this series, I will share my preferences and opinions of these aspects when I deem prudent."

We reported on the Looking Beyond The Megapixels article two months ago and Looking Beyond The Megapixels - Part II last month that looked at current digital photography hardware, and those were two good articles. This is the third in the series and talks about function, filetypes, and features of current digital cameras. It concludes by saying that bells and whistles are constantly being added to cameras and that it is only going to get better. They hint at the fact that digital cameras are getting better than film cameras in the very near future and are actually going to continue getting better than film cameras ever could. A trio of articles that is definitely worth reading.
