The website below is my new home for pictures from my new Panasonic FZ-10.

This camera is really great. It can be used as simply as I want it, or as technically as I want it, depending how brave I am!!

Let me know what you think of the photos.

Thanks,

Jerry

Nice pictures. I still think that my favorite are the candles, although it is funny to see your reflection while you are kneeling while taking the pictures in front of those colorful gazing balls :)

I like the candle myself, simple and it works!

I like the candle one as well (tripod shot?) but I'm a sucker for depth of field background blurs, so the flower and lizard pictures are cool. I think this is my favourite shot:

Showing the lizard next to the screw shows how incredibly tiny it is. 8O

(tripod shot?) 8O

Believe it or not, no tripods were harmed or used while making this shot!!

I walked in the dining room, saw the candle burning, and thought I would see how a picture would turn out.

Held it on my hand, manual focus, using the FZ-10 really nice manual focus feature, and shot away.

I could not belive how nice they turned out.

Great shots! Maybe we'll have to ban you from the (rumoured) upcoming photo contests here at DMT.

Any developments on this, Jason?

They won't be "contests" so much as "exercises", and I won't be running them, so it's not up to me. ;-) Hopefully more on this in the next few weeks.

Hmmmmmm,,,

Exercises, assignments, contests.....dares even,,,,,,,sounds like an exciting sort of project. Perfect for accumulating some "braggin' rights".

I look forward to the start!!!
