Smartphone Outlook email issue

I have this annoying email that I cannot delete on the my smartphone, in Outlook email connecting to my exchange server in work [no sender] and the subject [no subject]. Is there any way to delete this??? or is this an exchange issue

Well, what happens when you delete the email from your Exchange account and sync your phone - does it delete the email off your phone?
