I'm new to Zune, and was really psyched... until I was forced to download the new software. I'm getting a framedyn.dll error, during the "preparing computer" phase, and support is no help. I have validated that I have the offending .dll, and that it is working correctly (if this is not there or corrupt, you get an error running "System" from Control Panel). I have reached my technical capabilities, and am stuck with no Zune SW... Can anyone help me?
