Yes, and the Motorola q9h which is officially out Nov 1 is already showing up in some stores, primarily in the Houston area as reported by some Hofo readers.

So I went to an ATT store in time square here in NYC and talked to the salesman. He said that the Duo would be released tomorrow. He stated that they did have them in stock and that he had used it some. He would not let me see one but was very clear that if I came back tomorrow that it would be officially released.

I know that this source is subjective but he seemed pretty sure...
