email signature in Dash wm6

I have a lengthy legal signature I need to include in my emails. I found menu | tools | options. Rather than type it out, can I drop a file in a directory from my desktop while connected by USB somewhere and have it magically save my thumbs from a workout? Can i copy and paste (doesn't look like it)? Can I use HTML sig? Thanks.

Are you using Exchange for your email server? Because this is a setting that should really be done on the server side.

If not, you can always use a tool that allow remote control of the device from the desktop and then cut/paste it in.

I'm using IMAP, so nothing to be done server side.

What tool would allow me to cut and paste remotely?

SOTI.net has Pocket Controller, and there are a couple other apps out there. I just can't recall their names right now.
