Is it possible to sync Windows smartphone with Lotus Notes calendar?

Hi, I have recently switched jobs and my new company uses Lotus Notes 7.x. Being a power user of Windows smartphones, i am now struggling with my appointments and on occassions, have missed them. Does anyone know if its possible to sync with Lotus Notes?

Try mNotes available at commontime.com. I've used this with a HTC 620 and HTC 710 and it works just fine! The new version will be out shortly and allows for wireless synching.
