Any recommendations? I have a 1gb miniSD in my Audiovox 5600 at the moment and I just want a bigger one. Is the 4gb the largest available?

*runs off to do google research*

I don't believe so but if you did find one, I doubt it would fit into the slot. A while ago there were a few people on the form that bought 2GB cards but they were a hair to thick. :(

sort of OT: wouldn't it be cool when they have had made 32GB+ memory cards for our phones? our smartphones would whoop any small mp3/video players out there ^_^

As far as I know, our phones will only accept up to 2gb in additional memory. The phones, again, as far as I know, will not read the newer high capacity cards.

The phones can't read SDHC cards. Typically, any card over 2GB has been SDHC. I've also heard that Treo released a patch that contained a new driver allowing the device to access SDHC cards. So there is a chance that our phones can do it, but that the driver just needs to be updated. Now, I wouldn't count on seeing a new driver anytime soon. :(
