It's a beta build of the T-Mobile WM6 upgrade.

There is no Beta builds of Windows Mobile 6 that are made available to the public. What you have flashed on your device is a leaked or hacked ROM. Typically these come with numerous problems.

When T-Mobile is ready to release Windows Mobile 6 for the Dash, we will cover the news on the front page of the site.
