The only demo I could see was a little animated sequence comparing the T9 and AdapTex methods. It is worth taking a look at if you are seeking an alternative to T9.

Tried this out on my StrTrk out of desperation at the default T9. The biggest issue with the default T9 is that if i quickly type in a word and it turns out to be an incorrect word, i have to delete the word and retype.

I've been using for about a week. Installation was pain free but i think overall this is slowing down my text entry. The phrase suggestions make no sense what so ever and don't seem to update at all based on my entries. There are no smileys without going into symbols mode and selecting each part of a smiley seperatly. Also, it gives a long list of possible words as soon as 1 letter is entered so it's still easier to keep typing then searching through possible words. This is especially annoying when trying to get words like "at", "me", "of" and even more noticable with SMS words like "u", "r", and "ur", and manually entered words.

I'll probably keep this on for another week or so.

Can't do it anymore. I think it was getting worse. For simple words like "I" I would have to scroll down and down and down.

At least the unistall was painless as well.

That's too bad. I think there is a good market for something like this. It just needs to be smarter I guess.
