If you're on Sprint and have been waiting for a good Smartphone, then this is your time to act. ;) Check out the full unboxing video over at EverythingQ.com and tells us what you think. I like the black version better, but not enough to give up what I already have.

Sprint does not have these in their stores yet so to purchase one you have to go through Sprint’s telesales. I tried yesterday and after an hour of being on the phone with them I had to give up and get back to work. In the short while that I was actually speaking to somebody (and not actually on hold) the salesperson said something to the effect that the mail-in rebate is actually a service credit. Can anybody confirm that?

I found out today when I finally got my order through that the rebate is a standard mail in rebate and not a service credit. Now, does anybody know if Sprint has plans to up date the AKU on the Q any further?

Don't forget to add Moto to that question.

Moto has been good with AKU updates to date (for the Q) and I would expect that to continue to a certian point. I don't imagine you'll see a version upgrade once Crossbow ships, but I think you'll see an AKU or two.
