Mobile Search Directory 4 the People, By the People!

I'm looking for the best mobile search directory!

I'm not interested in the google, yahoo, or msn mobile sites because all they do is take a "traditional" site and convert it (at least try to) and make it smaller.

I want one that strickly searches mobile-friendly sites. Is their one out there?

Also, if you (the typical smartphone user) could create your own mobile search directory, what your ideal mobile search directory include??
