Is there any way to have my Dash check for mail every 5 minutes?

On the Dash I can only check mail as low as every 15 minutes. Is there any way I could set it up to check every 5 minutes like I can with my Treo 700wx? Thanks in advance.

The 700w does 5 minutes - Really? That's odd.

On the Smartphone, the lowest value possible is 15 minutes. If you go any lower, you're really going to impact your battery life and you would be better to go with a hosted Exchange setup with Direct Push.

You can actually set it to fetch mail every 1 minutes if you want it to. The Dash only goes as low as 15 minutes, the 700wx lets you out in the # of minutes,
