I was intrigued buy the incorporation of the wallet. It also looks like some of the views have been improved too. If you already have it, might be time for an upgrade. There is a trial version and you can purchase at our affiliate store.

And a big thanks to Mike from SmartphoneThoughts for the idea for the right preview pane(in the current screenshot), even if then our competition released with similar functionality before we had a chance to finish up 2.0!

A few other notable features are:

* Appointment Templates - A huge time saver!!!

* File/Website Linking - link Outlook items to any file/Website for easy access

* Theme File Support - share you display customizations with friends

* Hiding of Views - don't need our task view, turn it off

* Task Preview Pane - Quick view of current task on task list

* Aesthetics - 15 new color settings, new color choices and many new display options. And many screen formatting changes(with bigger icons in some views).

* and probably 50 other enhancements and fixes

And its a FREE update for current users...!!

So we hope you give it a try.... And Happy Thanksgiving!

:D What a difference that makes with the monthly view. I'm glad it turned out so nicely.

Has anyone tried a compatibility test between Goodlink and xAgenda?
I can't stand the GUI that Goodlink installs, but I love the Good technology. If I could get the Agenda look and Good synchronization... I would be in mobile ecstasy.

Thanks

Good installs its own PIM software?

Yep - It forces a new home screen and then provides an interface to Emal, calendar, contacts, task. However, all views leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe this is done because of the need to synch OTA (over the air) to the Exchange server. Not sure why there are such limits.

I take it then none of the data shows up in the built in Pocket Outlook?

You are correct!

That is unfortunate. It locks you in. I would guess the UI is rudimentary compared to Agenda.

Very simple interface.
Email is OK to navigate as well as contacts.
The calendar views and task/to do is very typical.

Since you are syncing with an exchange server, can you just configure your device outside of Good for that server and then you could use Agenda if you wanted?

Yep - but to get OTA (push) from/to Exchange that takes a bunch more setup to enable the Exchange.

From an end user standpoint, I would say it's pretty easy. If you're the exchange admin then it's a little more work, but not too bad.

I don't know about setting up push, but when I ran my own exchange server setting up moble sync was a single check box in a properties panel. :)

Yep - I am the exchange admin for about 500 users.
So I appreciate the Admin capability that Goodlink provides.
