Cingular doesn't know what a Smartphone is!

I was just looking at Cingular's site. The area where you shop for a phone is different now. You can check a box for the type of device you are looking for. I checked PDA/Smartphone. All the Pocket PC Phones and Blackberrys show up. The 2125 and 3125 do not!

We have a lot of work to do here folks if they don't know! 8)

I am glad they don't list the 2125 and 3125 as PDA/Smartphones, because once they do, they will bump up the data rates from the current el-cheapoh $20 to the PDA data rates.

So, what box do you have to check to see them?

Well "Flip Phone" will get the 3125 amongst the other lesser phones, "Bar Phone" finds the 2125 etc. If you just check PDA/Smartphone, neither of them comes up. You can check multiple boxes and there is an "All" box too.
