With such a distinction, good protection from a case is essential to keep the device blemish-free. There are very few cases for the HTC Star Trek. One in particular from Noreve promises to provide top quality protection with top quality leather, in several color choices. Let's take a look at how it held up wrapped around a Star Trek!</i>"<br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/augusto-20060925-3125case.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/><br /><br />I'm not very fond of custom cut leather cases. I'm also not very fond of the fact that the 3125 doesn't include a leather carrying case as other carrier branded HTC devices have in the past. For those of you looking for a nice leather case for your brand new Cingular 3125, you might want to check out this review!

It's great looking case but beware, your phone can easily fell off it. Happened to me. To keep the case slim and without adding any bulk, it does not have any "attachable" parts to phone. you just slide in the phone and the top part basically goes little bit over the edges of the flip side (LCD side). If you are sitting with the phone in the case or even just opening the phone, phone has a tendency to slide out of the case. Just my opinion. It's a very nice looking case but be careful using it..esp when in a hurry.

I dont understand this obsession with wrapping beautiful phones in leather or other materials.

Especially a phone that is made to be thin. Why fatten it up and take away from it's looks?

This phone doesn't need a case. It folds up of course and the screen and keypad are protected. Maybe an outside screen protector is all it could use. If you look at the .pdf manual that comes on the CD it mentions a protective case as one of the included accessories. Not such case was included however.

The western world is said to suffer an increasing obesity problem. It's only fair our technology follows suit.

personally, i'm a pouch man myself. i never having a custom cut case such as this, especially when it adds bulk to the phone. also a lot of custom cut cases for flip phones tend to get in the way when you're trying to take a picture, which always urks me

I'm a pouch man myself also. Plus the cut outs never match up right on these things.

I hear the phone will be using the WFC (wavefornt technology) from omnivision. It will be great to get my hands on one.. Excited about finally having a phone that i can take great pics with.. who need my camera anymore..
