Treo 700w

Hello and thanks in advance for the help!
I am thinking of buying the Treo 700w (Windows Mobile 5.0, I think).
I need to be able to input and view Japanese language text on the phone/in applications on the phone. Can I do this? Is the process similar to downloading Japanese language support/global IME for Windows XP?
