NEED HELP! How do I transfer a smartphone theme?

Hi everyone! Brand new here coz I just bought a PPC6700 Smartphone from Alltel. I've had a Dell Axim x50v for a while and decided to combine a phone with my PDA to try to carry less. I'm trying to figure it all out but my big question right now is how do I transfer a smartphone theme to my PPC 6700 that I downloaded to my PC. I found some at Smartphonethemes.com that I like but I can't even figure out which folder to put it in or what program I need to do it with. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for any assistance you can give me. :lol:
