High End features and customer driven development make this the ideal solution for your needs."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/Jerry-exagenda10anim1.gif" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/><br /><br />Here is another enhancement for the already feature rich built in calendar that comes with our Smartphones (alright I'm joking). Seriously though it's nice to see another one of these come out instead of another Suduko game. There is a trial version and it costs only $12.95 USD. It's worth a look I think. It also supports the Q!

Any thoughts on how this software stacks up against the already immensely popular papyrus?

It is much more basic and has no tasks functions. I have only used it briefly though. Since both have trials it would be an easy task to compare the two. So far though, it seems much more simple than Papyrus but it is also $5 USD cheaper.

Thanks Jerry...

I actually think we'll have task functions, possibly by the end of this week... and probably a "List"(Dates/Agenda) type view as well... and then Contacts close behind.... (and a few other ideas). So hopefully the impression of "basic" goes away, though I like the idea of "simple" !!Meaning our interface is more straightforward with very similar feature sets, which for Scheduling anyway, I hope it already is...

Thanks to everyone for taking a look....

I wouldn't say basic is bad, maybe a bad choice of word. I happen to think Papyrus might be just a tad bloated.

I find I'm actually turning off things now when I install Papyrus. Don't need that, don't use that, etc...

One thing I dislike about Papyrus is that in the Daily View it uses 2 lines - one line for Time, another line for the Event.

Good idea on a portrait screen device, but on a landscape device (Moto Q) this results in a lot of scrolling - while the right half of the screen remains unused...

The single-line Daily View of eXtreme Agenda looks great on the Q!
