App to change phone ringer volume at certain times?

I recently got a Cingular 2125 and am finally ditching my landline. Anyone know of a program that will automatically change the ring volume on a schedule, for example:

7am - 5pm (vibrate only)
5pm - 11pm (soft ring)
11pm - 7am (loud ring for emergencies)
