SIMPLE THEMES

Can someone PLEASE help me find themes/color schemes that DO NOT require any plugins? I really want the GREEN theme that is on the Microsoft website, but I cannot find a simple on with no extra stuff.

I am amazed it is so hard to find something so simple. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

It sounds like what you want is not a theme but a background?

Or is the idea to change the background, menu, fonts, colors etc but not to have any more plugins then what is on your device now?

For the first you just need to resize any image for your screen size. For the second you'd want a theme software that allows you to edit and modify a provided theme to your exact specs.

I want the green theme too. I tried to tweak the standard blue to green, but didn't work out.

I second the motion for someone to create a green theme similar to the one on Microsoft's site with no required plugins.
