I have a new Tmo SDA with Windows Mobile 5. I haven't used Windows Media Player in a while because I usually use TCPMP. I went to play some of my videos in WM and they play fine but there is no audio. My MP3's are the same - no audio. Audio plays fine in TCPMP, but not in WM. What have I done wrong? I've played with every setting I know. Any advice? Thanks

May seem silly....but did you know the volume using the side volume buttons is different in WMP?

You need to use the joystick....moving up and down adjusts the volume in Windows Media Player.

Just a thought.

Short of that....did you try a hard reset?

Hey thanks for the tip. That worked! Weird though, I had to move it down and then up to finally get it to work but now it works great. Thanks again.

Shot in the dark....but sometimes the simpliest answers are correct. ;)
