Has anyone found a fitted case or skin for the 2125?

I've posted about this before and I thought that JavoEdge was coming out with a silicone skin but so far, nothing...

Has anyone been able to find any type of fitted leather case or silicone skin for the 2125? I know it takes a while for manufacturers to come out with cases for new phones, but I'm really worried that by the time someone does, my phone is going to have been dropped or scratched up. A few of these manufacturers have already come out with cases for the 8125 and it has only been available for a couple of weeks. I wonder if anyone from Cingular could give us some numbers on how many of these units have been sold? The 2125 is still a featured phone on the windowsmobile.com site. One would think that this would have generated a lot of interest and some sales. Is it possible that sales of this phone are so low that no one is interested in producing any type of fitted case?

I don't know about a skin, but I picked up the InvisibleSheild screen protector for my Cingular 2125 and I'm really happy with it. It went on much easier than the BoxWave protector I got first and the InvisibleShield one is bubble free and looks great!

I just checked Amazon and didn't find any cases for the 2125. They show cases for the Audiovox SMT5600, but none for the 2125. They also have screen protectors and other accessories, but no fitted cases. Did you find one for the 2125 on Amazon, or were you just suggesting that I look there?

Several of us have been searching for some time also. Both JAVOedge.com and boxwave.com said that if they see enough interest, they'll produce silicone skins for the 2125. So head on over to the sights and submit requests for a skin for the 2125.

The sooner we show commited interest; the sooner we can get a skin for the 2125. My wife has one on her SMT5600 that provides a slip-free surface and protection from bumps and bangs.

I submitted requests to Boxwave, JAVOedge and Krusell about a month ago. I got an email from JAVOedge that said they had something in the works for the 2125, but it may have just been an automatic reply. I'm really surprised that no one has come out with a case for the 2125. If you go to www.windowsmobile.com, the 2125 is the first phone you see. I can't help but think that a lot of these have been sold, so there should be a market for them. In addition to the companies listed above, I've also checked Bellagio, Piel Frama (sp?) and Sena. None have anything for this phone. Is any one aware of any other manufacurers? I imagine that eventaully someone will come out with a case but by that time, my phone will be so beat up that I probably won't care.

I emailed my contact at JavoEdge again last night regarding a silicone case for the Cingular 2125. I also asked about one for the T-Mobile SDA (USA version with the hump). This was the reply I received this afternoon.

Dear Lloyd,

The skin for the Cingular 2125 will be available by the end of this month.

Unfortunately, there is no ETA for that model (T-Mobile SDA USA version) yet because it is currently in
the designing stage.

Does the Glove Fit Leather Case have clear plastic over the screen and keys? It kind of looks like it does but I didn't see any mention of it on the description. If it does I think I'm going to go with this case over the JavoEdge because it does offer Hump-Protection!
